Patrick Lencioni is the founder and president of The Table Group, a firm dedicated to promoting truth and human dignity in the workplace. Fascinated by the nature of work since his youth, he believes one of the best ways to shape culture is through greater engagement and dignity on the job. Patrick has authored 13 best-selling books that have sold more than 10 million copies, including his classic The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Advantage, and his latest, The Six Types of Working Genius. He also hosts two popular podcasts, At the Table with Patrick Lencioni and The Working Genius Podcast.
Patrick and his wife, Laura, have been married for more than thirty years and are the proud parents of four sons.

Mike Sharrow is the CEO and president of C12 Business Forums, the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. Since becoming CEO in 2016, Mike has led C12 to double its global membership and significantly expand its full-time Chair community and overall business scale. Before joining C12, Mike held executive roles in several entrepreneurial ventures, including a financial services startup and a subsidiary startup of Walgreens. He briefly served as an associate pastor in San Antonio, Texas, and spent five years as a C12 Chair in Central Texas.
Mike lives in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Jacqui, and their two daughters.

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Andrea Lucas has served as the Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission since 2020, when she was nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. She was designated Chair of the EEOC in November 2025, after serving as Acting Chair since January 2025, and was recently reconfirmed by the Senate for a term running through 2030. As part of her work educating employers, employees, and other stakeholders about the laws the EEOC enforces, Andrea frequently writes and speaks on key issues in employment and civil rights law, including DEI, women’s sex-based rights, religious liberty, and pregnancy discrimination and accommodation.

Steven Bromell is a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and author of Blood, Sweat and Grass: Never Quit on Your Dreams. As CEO of Pro Cutters Lawnscapes, Inc., an award-winning commercial landscape and right-of-way maintenance company, Steve views business as ministry—calling leaders to steward people, resources, and influence with humility and integrity. His journey has been forged through seasons of adversity and obedience, and he challenges executives to redefine success by faithfulness rather than outcomes.
Steve lives in Conyers, Georgia, with his wife, Shawn, and their three sons.

Abby Sinnett is the co-founder and CEO of Bella Health + Wellness, a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with specialty training in hormone management, obstetrics, and sexual wellness. As CEO, she leads Bella’s strategic vision, integrating clinical excellence with a mission rooted in dignity and whole-person, life-affirming care. In 2025, Abby and Bella Health + Wellness won a landmark lawsuit against the State of Colorado, securing the right to provide Abortion Pill Reversal, and she was awarded the Benemerenti Medal by Pope Leo in recognition of her work in women’s health. Abby speaks nationally on faith in work, the dignity of life, and the reclamation of healthcare with excellence and conscience.
Abby and her husband of 24 years, Justin, live with their growing family of four daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandsons.

Christopher Mote, DO, DC, is a physician, educator, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and leading health-focused organizations. Holding dual doctoral degrees in osteopathy and chiropractic, he is the founder and CEO of Cornerstone Health Community in Centennial, Colorado, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering primary and functional medicine care. Christopher has consulted for and trained practitioners nationally and authored Nutritional Efficacy, a clinical reference manual used by prescribing physicians. A certified Functional Medicine practitioner and board-certified family physician, he brings a rare combination of clinical depth, business acumen, and a passion for teaching to everything he does.

Karla Nugent serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Loenbro, leading the company’s sales, marketing, and business development organizations. For over 20 years, Karla has been a driving force in workforce development, leading Colorado’s Project SCALE—an industry-led initiative that connects high school construction curricula to apprenticeships and a new construction associate degree through the Colorado Community College System. She currently serves on the State of Colorado Workforce Executive Council, the Colorado Business Roundtable Executive Committee, and the Youth For Christ National Trustee Board, and has been honored with the AFP Large Business Philanthropy Award and the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business award, among others.

Jared Plummer is the founder and CEO of Two Roosters Ice Cream, built on a simple mission: making a bad day better and a good day great, one scoop at a time. After nearly a decade as a CPA, Jared traded accounting beans for vanilla beans and has marveled at God’s grace over an eleven-year journey from a one-person ice cream truck to an enterprise with more than 100 team members, six retail stores, multiple sporting-venue concessions, and a robust mobile catering fleet. The Two Roosters motto says it all: “Love People. Love Ice Cream. In That Order.”

Keith Ross spent 20 years leading large-scale technology transformations and engineering organizations in corporate America, serving as GM of the world’s third-largest cloud—built in partnership with NASA—and delivering more than $1 billion in annual revenue. He is the founder and CEO of Dry Ground AI, which helps companies become AI-native. For Keith, building it has been an exercise in covenant faith: bringing the talents he’s been given and standing on God’s promises when the path is not clear. He believes the tools of this generation are part of the stewardship of his calling—and Dry Ground AI is how he is living that out.

Helen Bührs is the CEO and Director of Inscape Education Group, a private higher education institution in South Africa focused on architecture, design, business, and the creative economy. Since acquiring Inscape in 2015, she has led its growth across multiple campuses, building institutions that bridge learning and real-world impact in a context where access and employability remain critical challenges. Helen also founded Inscape Exchange, which has helped hundreds of students access higher education and invest in their communities. Over the past two years, she has implemented a redemptive business framework within the organization—work that now extends into curriculum and community engagement, repositioning Inscape as an active community anchor.

Stephen Franson, DC, is the founder and CEO of The Remarkable Practice, an innovative coaching and consulting company that helps doctors of chiropractic build thriving practices as part of a thriving life. Known as “The Systems Guy,” Stephen brings more than twenty years of clinical experience and was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential Chiropractors in 2017. He is also the co-founder of Chiro Match Makers, a specialized placement service connecting chiropractors with the right opportunities, and the author of the best-selling book The Remarkable Practice: The Definitive Guide to Creating a Successful Chiropractic Practice.
Stephen lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Camilla, also a chiropractor, and their two children. The family can usually be found surfing the cold waters of New England together.
